Dr. Sait Hulusi Özbudun

Sait Hulusi Özbudun was born in 1950 in Çatalağzı, Zonguldak. After graduating from Kuleli Military High School, he graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and became a medical doctor. He completed his compulsory service in Kars between 1980-1984.

Subsequently, he founded the Dudullu Dispensary and worked as a general practitioner until 1993. His entrepreneurial nature ignited his desire to produce laboratory test products needed by the clinical laboratory sector. Thus, he founded Gül Biology Laboratory in 1990 and managed until his death in 2011.

Dr. Sait Hulusi Özbudun, who brought into life hundreds of products to the Turkish health sector thanks to his passion for science and tireless work, will always be remembered with longing and gratitude. .

Gülhan Özbudun

Gülhan Özbudun was born in Antakya in 1949. In 1968, she graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Language, History and Geography, Department of French Language and Literature and worked as a French teacher in public high schools for 25 years, including 4 years in Kars as part of her oriental compulsory duty.

In 1995, she retired from civil service and founded Gül Biology Laboratory Limited Company with her husband Dr. Sait Hulusi Özbudun in line with the ideals of contributing to Turkish local production and creating employment. For 25 years until 2020, she worked intensively and supported the growth and development of the company in every field.

Gülhan Özbudun speaks 3 foreign languages, French, English and German, and her interests include literature and politics. .
